Today we are going to discuss something I am very passionate about and feel most Americans either avoid or abuse. Fitness.

Today my guest is Cynthia Hill Teran, owner and founder of Yorba Linda Fitness Success.

After a successful career as a Fitness Competitor this former Miss Galaxy, Miss Fitness U.S.A., and Tri-Fitness Champion has dedicated herself to helping others to get in shape and inspiring them to lead healthy lives. Cynthia is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist, owner of Yorba Linda Fitness Success Gym with her husband, Steve, and Creator and Owner of the Women’s Boot Camp and Mommy’s On the Move Baby Boot Camp in North Orange County, which serves over 300 campers per week. Cynthia has published two books and has written for leading industry magazines like “Oxygen”, “Max Muscle” and “Max Sport and Fitness”. With over 16 year’s experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, Cynthia has helped hundreds of people to lose thousands of pounds!

Tammy’s Top Water Tips

1) Keep a case of water bottles next to your car door. Take several with you each day.

2) Make it special. Buy yourself a cute or sporty water bottle. Refill it each time it’s half empty.

3) Watch for the affect on your body. Eat less, feel full, skin replenished, breath smells better, hair and nails healthier.

4) Self-value: Others see you care for yourself.

5) Eliminate dehydration which causes chronic pains in joints and muscles, lower back pain, headaches, and constipation.

6) Add lemon or cucumber to water for added flavor.

 

Intake

Tammy’s Top Intake Tips

1) Decide what you will eat the next day in advance.

2)  Give yourself a calorie allowance.

3) Use premium fuel; whole fools, grade A, natural or organic. This is a reminder that you are worth only the best.

4) Eat European: small and quality.

5) Know when to super size and when to sample size.

1) Be convinced you need what you are taking.

2) Set your supplements by your bedside and take as you turn down your bed

3) Never take on an empty stomach

4) Never substitute supplements for eating properly.
